The 2008 Porter Cove Homeowners Association Board welcomes you to the PCHA
web site. Our goal is to have a user-friendly, interactive web site that will
be updated on a regular basis. To accomplish that
goal, we have engaged a computer services company to maintain our web site
and make changes in a timely manner.
We want to be a responsive Board that works on behalf of you--the
homeowners of Porter Cove! As a Board, we are only as good as the feedback
that you provide us. Therefore, we encourage each of you to email, phone, or stop by in person to help guide us
in how we represent our community.
We are truly interested in hearing from the residents of Porter Cove on the important issues that shape our community, impact our property values, and increase our quality of life for our families. Therefore, you will find a number of feedback forms throughout this web site. Please take a minute to
